Federal Title IV Regulations (34 CFR 668.43 and 34 CFR § 668.14) and SARA Policy (v. 21.1 § 5.2) require that colleges and universities that have programs leading to licensure to publish the educational requirements for licensure in each state and U.S. territory where recruiting, advertising and enrolling. 

Students who live in states that do not meet or are not determined to meet licensure requirements cannot enroll in an Allen College program unless a written attestation is completed. 

Please check the listing which includes each state and U.S. territory to see if your residential state or the state in which you plan to work allow an Allen College program to seek licensure.
